Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped on business days Mon-Fri , we do not ship orders on the weekend or bank holidays.

Note: Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

You will recieve an email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed.

DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN:

We cannot be held accountable for damage to packaging or lost parcels once the parcel is with the shipping courier - for any concerns regarding shipment please contact Royal Mail first.

In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to MISSYM due to incorrect address or failure to receive item, if the items are received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, we will refund the customer for the products only.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at missymlashes@outlook.com, soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.

LOCAL PICKUP:

At MISSYM, we offer the convenience of local pickup for your orders. Please review our policy below for important details:

 1. Same-Day Pickup:

Same-Day Pickup Request: If you would like to pick up your order on the same day of purchase, please message us on instagram to confirm a pickup time before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Local Pickup Availability:

Local Pickup Option: We provide a local pickup option for your orders. Simply choose "Local Pickup" during the checkout process.

 3. Order Processing Time:

Ready for Pickup Email: After placing your order, please allow 24-48 hours to receive a "Ready for Pickup" email notification. This email will confirm that your order is prepared and available for pickup.

 4. Pickup Address:

Pickup Location: Our pickup location is at 99 Salisbury Avenue, Cheltenham Gloucestershire, GL51 3DA.
